Farewell and hello

Its that time of the year again. With a heavy heart, I must say bye to a lot of things --- good food, my dhanno (i.e. Zen), the fog, fundoo winter with all its perks (garam chai, razaai), long drives. And say hello to vada pao, locals, the humidity, cold showers and long walks in the campus.

Delhi, here I go. Mumbai, here I come. If only for three months but what the heck!

Seems like Delhi has everything to offer, but then Mumbai has atleast that one admirable trait --- fundoo bindaas girls :) And suddenly everything seems worthwhile.

Hope to see most of you on 21st in the Mumbai Half Marathon.

Hey Mumbai has more that one admirable trait btw! And I thought Delhi girls were supposed to be more fundoo and bindaas ;) You seem to be coming here for the wrong reasons :p:p

btw, why do you keep shuttling between Mumbai and Delhi? Working under 2 proffs at different IITs or wht?

I agree with tweety!

I am yet to come across the fundoo bindas category girls in the almost quarter century spent here in Mumbai :p

Half-Marathon ki yaad mat kara... going by my preparations, it seems I will barely manage to finish it this time.

@tweety: Trust me, I know my motives ;-)

@anshu: Its the damn job that keeps me in Delhi and studies that keep me in Bombay. Btw, welcome back after a long hiatus.

@goldensilence: You are looking in the wrong places dude ;-) How are the morning runs coming along?

Okay... didn't know you were travelling all the time. Pluses (or minuses, depending on how you look at it) of the internet. Best of luck for the marathon!

Humid nothing!

The dry heat is turning B'bay into a weird version of hell.(Or at least what I think the tempertature of hell must be like :D)

(slaps forehead-recall) you're from the Delhi! No the wonder...Agreed - Bombay is the humid.
Suffering from electrolyte-overdose yet?
